REV Pistol, Realistic Expectations in Violence

Course hours: Course begins at 8:00 AM sharp and ends approximately 4:30 PM each day. All attendees will meet in the main classroom at The Site on the first day of training.

Course description:  REV Pistol is based on addressing the reality of a violent confrontation and to develop an understanding of the criminal assault paradigm. This includes intensive work on a robust and consistent draw stroke from the holster, understanding and using environmental factors for cover, concealment, and distraction.

Appropriate Range Clothing: Long sleeve shirt with closed neck. You will be shooting on both paper and steel targets.

The Site’s FAST Pistol course. To ensure all participants of the REV courses (Pistol and Home Defense) have the requisite firearms handling skills for these two advanced courses, very few if any exceptions will be made.

FOID Card (Illinois resident only), Concealed Carry License w/photo or other proof of good character
